In order to access your institutions account, you need an invitation from a faculty member. If your faculty have sent you an invitation, but you cannot find it, there are three things you can do.


1. Check the spam folder of your email inbox. Sometimes spam filters mistakenly redirect ReelDx invitations away from your primary inbox.

2. Contact your faculty. They can easily resend your invitation.

3. Contact us. Send us an email at support@reeldx.com and our staff will send you another invitation as soon as possible.
