In order to access your institution's account, you need an invitation from a faculty member.
If your faculty have sent you an invitation, but you cannot find it, please:
1. Check the spam folder of your email inbox. Sometimes spam filters mistakenly redirect ReelDx invitations away from your primary inbox.
If the invite isn't in your spam folder, this could mean that your organization's email client is filtering emails from ReelDx out of your inbox. You can follow the instructions here to request that your IT department whitelist our email domain.
2. Contact us. Send us an email at support@reeldx.com, and our staff will send you another invitation as soon as possible.
