If you have accepted an invitation to ReelDx, but do not see any cases or courses when logging in, there are a few steps you can take to access our ReelDx library.

When a faculty member invites a student, the student is only able to see the content that the faculty member has curated for them. If you as a student have accepted your invitation but cannot see any content, that means that your faculty has not created any courses for you to view cases in.

In this situation you have a few options.

1. You can reach out to your faculty member to ask them to invite you to their course when it is complete.

2. You can wait until your faculty member has completed their course.

3. You can contact us at support@reeldx.com, and we can help guide you through the process.
