Accessing the Courses Dashboard
1. After logging in, select the Collections link in the upper left corner of the screen.
2. Scroll through the list of available Collections and locate the one you'd like to check student progress on. NOTE: the Collections list holds both Courses that you've assigned to your students and any Collections you've created. You can differentiate between the two by looking at the text color of the name; blue names are Courses, and black names are collections.
3. After clicking on the Course you want to view, select the blue spreadsheet icon in the upper right of the Course screen to see the main Course Dashboard.
β
4. By default, the dashboard will open to the Course Completion view, which displays a list of all students enrolled in the Course and if the student has completed the course.
5. To view students' progress and answer submissions for the individual cases inside the course, click the Case button in the Report Type section.
6. Within the Case view, you can choose to group the data either by case or by user. Clicking the green plus sign next to the case in the Grouped by Case view will provide you with a list of all students in the course so that you can view their progress details. Clicking the green plus sign next to the student in the Grouped by Student view will provide you with a list of all the cases that the student is assigned within that course.
Reviewing Student Submissions
1. If you see a green check mark in the Submitted column, this means that a student has completed that case. A red checkmark in the Reviewed column means their assessment question submissions still need to be reviewed. Click the Review button to view the student's answers.
2. In the dialog box that opens, you will see a text box where you can write feedback for the student. Below this, you will find each of the assessment questions in that case and the student's answers. You can review their answers, then enter any feedback you'd like for the student, such as a score/grade or additional guidance.
3. When you're done entering feedback, click the Submit Review button. This will alert the student to the new feedback received. If you need to leave and come back to finish the review later, you can click the Save Draft button.
4. To move to the next student submission that needs review, click the Nect button in the upper right corner.
