Yes, your ReelDx account will automatically renew so that you can continue to enjoy our growing library of real patient video cases without interruption.

If you’re an Institutional Plan subscriber, your plan will automatically renew for an additional year with the same number of licenses unless you notify ReelDX of any changes to your subscription.

For Individual Plan subscribers, you will receive an email reminder that your subscription is renewing 7 days prior.

ReelDx does not store any credit card information in our system. All of our credit card data is handled by Stripe, our e-commerce app. Their security policy is listed here: https://stripe.com/help/security
